We will pick up your empty Canberra Wheelie Wood wheelie the next time we're delivering in your region (often within the week, but up to 15 business days in off-peak season).
No ash, rubbish or anything else is to be left in the bin. If it is not empty, or if we need to clean the bin due to odor, a $20 service fee will apply for cleaning and deducted from your bin deposit refund.
Once the bin has been collected we will refund your bin deposit. Deposit refunds usually take up to 2-5 days to arrive in your account, but can take much longer depending on your payment method.
Refunds are posted to the debit/credit card or original payment method. If your card number has changed it is your responsibility to pursue the refund from your credit card company/bank. Different payment methods have limits on the length of time that a refund can occur. If the refund cannot be posted due to policies of your payment method, the refund may be offered via store credit.
Please note that a bin collection service fee applies if only one order has been made within 12months. This will be waived with an order of wood-only to be delivered when the bin is being collected. See Terms of Service for more info.
